The enquiries get answered. Your people get their week back.

I build AI that answers, books, follows up and sorts paperwork for small businesses, then I keep it running. Your people stay. The busywork goes.

Book a call

A 45-minute strategy session, €300. You leave knowing what's worth automating in your business.

What it takes off your plate

Think of it as a set of rules for your inbox, phone and paperwork, written around how your business already works.

  1. An enquiry lands at 11pm

It gets answered in the language it was written in, from your own prices and policies.

  2. Someone wants a time slot

It checks your real calendar and books it, instead of promising and apologising later.

  3. A lead goes quiet

It follows up on the schedule you set. Most of the money leaks right here.

  4. A document arrives

Invoices, statements and forms get read, checked and filed where they belong.

  5. Something is angry, unusual or expensive

It stops and hands it to you, with the context already gathered.

We add AI where it pays for itself, and we'll tell you where it doesn't.

Recent work

Portrait of Jean Galea

You'll deal with me directly.

I'm Jean Galea. I've built and run software since 2010, and now I build AI for businesses that don't have a tech team. The products I've shipped are public, so you can check them before you decide anything.

  • WP RSS Aggregator, downloaded 3.4 million times and running on more than 70,000 websites.
  • Spotlight, past 1.5 million downloads since 2020.
  • WP Mayor, which I founded in 2010 and still run.

I write about this work on LinkedIn and at jeangalea.com.

How it works

  1. Talk

We look at where your week actually goes. You'll get a straight answer on whether AI is worth it for you at all.

  2. Build

We agree what it does and what it never does. Then I build it around the tools you already use.

  3. Run

I keep it running, fix it when something changes, and improve it month by month.

You make the calls. The system does the legwork and shows its work.

What it costs

Strategy session

€300

45 minutes. You leave with the two or three things worth automating in your business, and what I'd use to do it.

Build

from €2,500

One system, built around how your business actually runs, tested on your real work before it goes live.

Run

Monthly

I keep it running, fix what breaks, and improve it as your business changes.

Some projects are smaller. If yours is, I'll say so on the call rather than stretch it.

Questions owners ask

Do I need to be technical?

No. You tell me how your business runs. I handle everything that sounds like jargon, and I'll explain any of it if you ask.

Will it replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive part off their plate so they can do the work you hired them for.

Do I have to change the software I use?

No. This starts with whatever you run now. Replacing your tools is a different, much bigger project.

What if it gets something wrong?

It will, eventually. A good system is built so that a doubtful case goes to a person instead of getting a confident wrong answer. Getting that line right is most of the work.

How long before it runs?

It depends on how much of your process is written down. First we map what really happens when an enquiry arrives. We agree the shape before anything gets switched on.

Where are you based?

Cascais, Portugal. I work with businesses anywhere, and most of the work happens on calls and screens.
